Jessica LeBeau, Director of Technology & Account Manager

Jessica serves as both an Account Manager and Director of Technology here at IBG. A member of the team since 2018, Jessica cares deeply about the success of our clients and partners. She believes growing long-term and trusting relationships is key to that work. 

In 2023, Jessica added technology expertise to her role when she worked with a consultant to design IBG’s customized CRM and task management system. She is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), National and Oregon Chapter and holds the NABIP Benefit Account Manager Certification. Jessica has 10 plus years working in the employee benefits space. Prior to joining IBG, Jessica started her career in benefits by supporting an account team at a large agency in Oakland, CA. And for 12 years before that, she owned and operated a successful massage therapy private practice in San Ramon, CA.

Jessica recently discovered her love for travel and exploration, often discovering new cities one step at a time. With a guided city-walk book in hand, she seeks out local breweries and hidden gems. And when it’s time for a little friendly competition, Jessica is an avid cribbage player. She enjoys the game’s strategic edge and the strong community around it—especially in Oregon, where she appreciates being able to find a competitive match just about any day of the week.
