Marissa Jones, Account Manager

Marissa brings a steady, thoughtful presence to our Account Management team. She partners closely with IBG clients, making sure they feel supported, informed, and taken care of at every stage. Her eye for detail and natural knack for organization help keep our work running smoothly behind the scenes.

She joined IBG in early 2022 and quickly became an important part of the team. Marissa also stays involved with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), Oregon chapter and holds the NABIP Benefit Account Manager Certification.

Before stepping into the benefits world, Marissa spent several years in office administration and financial operations, giving her a strong foundation for the clientfocused work she does today. She’s committed to building lasting relationships and using her broad skill set to provide dependable, meaningful support.

Known as the team’s resident artist, outside of work you’ll likely find her working on various creative projects, particularly in interior design and art.
